A word used in place of the word "kiss"
Usually derived from toddlers commonly confusing the noise a "k" makes with the noise a "t" makes. You will also find this transferal with other words beginning with "K" such as:

Kitten = titten

Also used compoundly: tiss-tiss = two kisses.
I asked my boyfriend to give me a tiss before he left for work.

It can mean anything you want...it is a universal word! It is derived from the word 'kiss', but means nothing of the sort.
Stop tissing the boys.
